Who We Are
We’re Agile Solutions LLC, based at https://agilesolutionsllc.net. We help contractors like plumbers, electricians, and HVAC pros in Southeast Michigan grow with branding, social media management, PPC, website design, and SEO. Your data keeps our work running—here’s how we handle it.

Information We Collect  

• Comments: When you comment on our site, we grab your name, email, IP address, and browser details to fight spam. If you use Gravatar, an anonymized email hash goes their way (check their policy at https://automattic.com/privacy/). Once approved, your profile pic shows up publicly with your comment.  
• Media: Upload pics? Skip ones with location data (EXIF GPS)—anyone can pull that info from our site.  
• Cookies:
  • Commenting? Opt in to save your name, email, and site in cookies for a year—saves you typing next time.  
  • Logging in? A temp cookie checks your browser (no personal data, gone when you close it). Login cookies (two days) and screen prefs (one year) kick in after. “Remember Me” stretches login to two weeks. Logout clears them.  
  • Editing posts? A cookie tracks the post ID (no personal data, expires in a day).

Embedded Content
Our site might pull in videos, images, or articles from other places. Those sites act like you visited them—they could track you, use cookies, or watch how you click, especially if you’re logged into their platform.

Who We Share Your Data With  

• Overseas Contractors: We work with trusted partners outside the U.S. to deliver our services (e.g., design, SEO tasks). They only get what’s needed—think project details, not your life story—and they’re bound by strict confidentiality.  
• Spam Check: Comments run through automated spam filters.  
• Password Resets: Your IP goes in the reset email if you request one.  
• No Selling: We don’t sell your data. Period.

How Long We Keep It  

• Comments and their metadata? Forever, so we can auto-approve your next ones.  
• Registered users? Your profile info stays until you delete it (admins can edit it too).  
• We hold some data for legal or security reasons—can’t ditch that.

Your Rights
Got an account or left comments? Ask us for a file of your data or to wipe it. We’ll send/export what we’ve got, minus stuff we must keep for admin, legal, or security purposes. You can edit or delete your profile anytime (username’s locked, though).

Where Your Data Goes  

• Spam filters might scan comments—could be overseas.  
• Our overseas contractors (e.g., in Asia or Europe) handle some tasks. We pick partners with solid data protection, but laws vary—your info might not get U.S.-level safeguards there. You’re okay with that if you use our site.

Limited Liability
We bust our tails to grow your business, but marketing’s not a sure thing—leads don’t always turn into jobs, and that’s on you to close. Our overseas partners help us deliver, but we’re not liable for their hiccups (e.g., data breaches beyond our control). Agile Solutions LLC’s total liability—whether it’s service issues, data snafus, or anything else—won’t exceed what you paid us in the last 6 months. No promises of perfection; we’re here to hustle, not work miracles.
